Project Description:

From 2000- 2004 AJH developed a distance learning CDROM for Integrated Coastal Management (ICM) with a specific focus in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden Region. Given the current variability of Internet throughput within the Region, the intent of the CDROM was to transfer substantial technical information in a useable format to help strengthen regional capacity for students wanting to further develop skills and understanding in this subject area. The CD contains a structured set of nine modules addressing the basic principles of ICM. It provides a library of self-contained reference material and quizzes designed to test knowledge and experience with ICM.

A copy of the Distance Learning Course can be viewed by Red Sea Distance Learning for ICM. The fully functional CD is available for review by contacting AJH. Reviewers will need to provide a mailing address and cover the cost of shipping.
